Terms and Sacred Agreements.

These terms are not legal fine print; they are part of the sacred container we are co-creating. They ensure clarity, respect, and alignment for both guide and seeker as we enter a pace of transformation together.

1. Energy Exchange
Alchemy teaches that every transformation requires an offering. Your financial contribution supports the preparation, presence, and continuation of this work; not as a transaction, but as part of the ritual itself.

  1. Payment is due in full before the session unless otherwise arranged

  2. After payment is received, within 24 hours you will be contacted for scheduling the services provided.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Time is a sacred resource. If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 48 hours notice, so the space may be opened to another seeker.

  1. One reschedule per session is honored with notice

  2. No shows are not refunded.

  3. In case of emergency of disruption, reach out.

3. Confidentiality
Everything shared in session is held in strict confidence; energetically and ethically. This is a sanctified space for deep personal work, and your trust will be honored fully.

4. Nature of the Work
This offering provided by Sunflower Alchemy is not medical, legal, or psychological treatment, and makes no guarantees of results. The session is a ritual space rooted in metaphor, archetype, and intuitive insight; where you remain sovereign, responsible and free.

5. Follow up and Integration
Alchemy is not instantaneous. You may receive optional follow up practices or prompts after your session to support integration. you are always welcome to book additional sessions as the work deepens.

6. Right to Refuse Service
To protect the sanctity of this work, Sunflower Alchemy reserves the right to decline sessions if there is a clear mismatch in intention, energy, or readiness. This work is not for everyone; and that is sacred too.

7. Personal Sovereignty and Responsibility
All guidance offered though Sunflower Alchemy is intended as symbolic, intuitive, and experiential in nature. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or psychological advice.
You remain the sovereign steward of your choices, actions, and outcomes. Sunflower Alchemy and its facilitators accept no liability for any injury, loss, or consequence arising from the application of information shared in sessions or materials.
